CHRISTOPHER FILLAS

Christopher Fillas serves as Principal and President of The Penta Group, leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of the firm’s construction, restoration, and development projects. He oversees project planning, negotiations, funding, and executive staffing — ensuring every initiative is approached with discipline, accountability, and long-term vision.

Christopher began his career in construction at 18, working part-time while completing his college education. Through hands-on experience and early immersion in the field, he developed a deep understanding of the craft and the responsibility that comes with building and restoring spaces that communities rely on.

By his mid-twenties, he had cultivated strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and representatives — built on trust, responsiveness, and results. That foundation allowed him to expand Penta’s work into larger restoration efforts, full-scale rehabilitations, new construction, and comprehensive construction management for major developments.

Beyond his work at Penta, Christopher is committed to stewardship in the broader community. He supports several nonprofit organizations, including the CHIAN Federation, Kats Ribbon of Hope, advancing philanthropic initiatives and breast cancer research, Ball4Life and Ronald McDonald House.
